In collaboration with host Andrew Kaplan, we have been the audio post-producer for this podcast over the past nine seasons (and counting). Beyond the Plate has featured notable guests such as Restauranteur and Author Will Guidara (S8/Ep.05), Chef Yotam Ottolenghi (S8/Ep.03), Chef Kristen Kish (S7/Ep.13), Chef Jacques Pepin (S5/Ep.01), Chef Grant Achatz (S4/Ep.20) and many, many more. In Season 8, we produced and edited teaser videos for each podcast episode we’re calling “Just a Taste” that promote each Beyond the Plate audio episode on YouTube.
